Terms of use
The ground rules for using Aging Parents Next.
Effective October 18, 2026.
By using agingparentsnext.com, you accept these terms.
General information, not advice
Everything on this site is general information. It isn't medical, legal, financial or tax advice, and it doesn't replace a doctor, attorney, financial professional or the agency that runs a program. Rules change and differ by state, so check the official source before you act.
In a medical emergency, call 911. If you're worried someone is being abused or neglected, contact your local Adult Protective Services or law enforcement.
We're independent
Aging Parents Next isn't a government website and doesn't speak for Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, the VA or any agency. Program names belong to the agencies that run them.
Links to other sites
We link to official sites and other resources we think are useful. We don't control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
No warranty
We work to keep things accurate and up to date, but the site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim is capped at $100.
Our content
The site's text and design belong to us. You're welcome to share links and print pages for your family's own use. Please don't republish the site wholesale.
